For the co-sleepers - Page 2

I've only got about 12 days of experience with this, but Griffin sleeps on his back between me and my husband, right on the mattress. I roll a blanket for a pillow to keep his head from flopping to the side. But, then we nurse lying down at night, and we fall asleep, so he ends up on his side, pretty snuggled up with me. I'm actually surprised at how much room we have in a queen! but it does help to not have my pregnant belly plus belly pillow anymore!

Our boys sleep in a co-sleeper attached to our bed and do quite well snuggled in next to one another. Regardless, my dh and I still constantly wake up patting down the sheets and blankets just certain that there is a baby somewhere in the bed! The only problem I have is that they can be rather noisy sleepers, grunting, farting and grumbling for up to an hour before they *actually* awake to eat, and since I'm a really light sleeper, it means I'm awake a whole lot. The same happened with our daughter, who we ended up moving into her own room around 5 months, just so I could get some rest. I don't know what the solution will be with these two, since we don't have an extra room to ever move them into if we decide we want to...Maybe I need to invest in some earplugs so I don't actually wake up until they're serious about being awake themselves!

Nate's sleeping in his carseat most of the time. When we nap (he and I usually end up doing this on the couch) we just snuggle up together.
