Make your own brownie mix?

Does anyone have a recipe for making your own brownie mix to keep on hand only to add the eggs, oil etc. later?

I really hate buying the mixes and don't always have time to make it from scratch these days with a newborn in the house... TIA

I just make them from scratch and store in airtight containers. Basically like those cookie in a jar recipes... Just layer teh ingredients in a mason jar and add the eggs and oil when you go to bake them .

I have an easy (quick!) recipe

Melt 2 sticks butter (1 cup) in the microwave. Add 2 C sugar, 1 C cocoa, 2 t vanilla (more or less, doesn't really matter), and 4 eggs, and mix. Add 1 C flour (or a little less) and stir just until blended. Batter will be pretty thick. Spread in pan, bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes until center is firm to the touch (dents but isn't still liquid).

These take all of about five minutes to mix, but you could make a mix of the flour, sugar, and cocoa and have that ready to go to make it even faster, and then just add the butter, eggs, and vanilla.
