can someone help me - Page 2

my ppd, was more related to my identity. I really didn't know who i was and how I was going to be this new person.
i did take meds, which worked for me, and did do therapy which i thought gave me my base to work off of....but then i started looking at my life and all the years i have lived with my anxiety...

it is hard to look at who you are, why you are, and really get into the stuff that seems to be fueling your depression. you have to say, that the past doesn't control my future but it does affect it...sometimes, just saying out loud the things that you can and can not control helps....
remember these can just be the depression talking and not you, you are not the depression.

we are here for you. there are some other more active boards that you can also read....http://www.postpartumstress.com/
people frequent that more, and it is very supportive!!!!
