natural supplements while breastfeeding?

So I just picked up a few supplements to help with anxiety/depression. When I got home I did some research online and found out I shouldn't really take any of them because I'm breastfeeding. Do any of you know about breastfeeding and 5-HTP or L-Tyrosine? Is there anything I can take? I know there's a big thread on the natural supplements for PPD, which I skimmed through and got the idea for the ones I did get, but I don't know if any of the people recommending the supplements were breastfeeding as well. I also got some vitamin B complex, which should be ok.

Thanks for any help.

From what I have heard there really isn't a lot herb/vitamin wise you can take while bfing. I really wish there was something I could try. I'll be watching to see if anyone else answers.

I know Rescue Remedy is okay, I took a lot of it while in labor & have taken it while bfing. Magnesium can be calming too. I also take a B complex.
