I've made DH promise me that he will sculpt me when I'm about 8 months pregnant (I'm 3 months now). My all-time favorite sculpture of his is one of a pregnant model (from his university days). We have a private studio now so I don't have to worry about anyone walking it but I guess I should put up some curtains!

I really hope this will get him back into sculpting, he's got so much more natural talent than I do for figurative work. His major was figurative sculpture/ minor printmaking, mine was ceramics/ minor printmaking. I'm more into organic line and carving. I have this dream of being able to collaberate on pieces. I've always wanted to create pots and sculptural vessels with beautiful human figures as handles.
Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement. I should take some pictures of his old work to share!
This is a link to a few pieces of mine and our studio (when I was painting it last summer---it wasn't put together then.) We bought the tiny pre-war house next to ours for a studio, you can actually see our house/gate in one picture. I REALLY need to take more pics of my work. I just get so frustrated lighting ceramic work.
