I just got into a prepregnancy pair of pants - with a zipper and button closure! They are tight, but definately wearable! I just feel all soft and mushy and that things are not distributed like they used to be... Is that normal?

Have not been on a scale since my 2 week checkup, so not quite sure where I am weight wise, but I think I must be close to my pp weight. Now just 30 more pounds to get to where I was before dd!

Is anyone else on a weight loss plan, but not own a scale? I am terribly curious what my weight is, but I don't want to buy a scale because I have the type of personality where I would be a slave to it, KWIM? I'm just trying to go by how I feel and how my body looks and how my clothes fit.

I just need to lose "inches" not pounds. My hips/thighs are so wide right now. ug. no urge to exercise either. she said, eating another handful of lemonheads in front of the computer.

I'm at 11 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight at almost 4 weeks postpartum, so that's 59 pounds I've lost. I was large to begin with, then freaking HUGE during my pregnancy, so don't think I'm wasting away.

I can wear some of my prepregnancy stuff; some, not so much. I put on a pair of pants the other day and rejected them cause they were too tight. Dh told me that's how they had always looked. I guess 6 months of elastic waistbands have warped my mind. LOL

Well, 12.5 weeks post-partum and I'm still stuck 15lbs above pre-preg weight and I want to loose another 10 on top of that. I haven't lost any weight since 4 weeks pp!

I'm back to work now though, so I'm hoping that will help (no cookie baking for me at work - therefore, no eating cookies at work!)

What is working for everyone else?

I worked out at the Y 3-5 days/week for 6 weeks, but now that I'm back to work, I need to reevaluate my plan of attack. Going to workout after work isn't going to work out, so I need to fit it in during lunch time or in the am before work (blech!)

Having thrush worked wonders for me -- the candida diet (no yeast, sugar, alcohol, processed food,s fruits or white flour products) helped me lose 12 lbs in 3 weeks....we beat the yeast!

Then I wound up with mastitis over the weekend and now am on antibiotics and the yeasties came back immediately

Woohoo! I'm down to 148 and can fit (albeit tightly) in my pre-pregnancy jeans. Just 10 more pounds to go! And i'll be happy enough when I can actually sit or bend in those jeans, really. I have trouble believing I was at 177 when I gave birth. I liked being pregnant... but it's so great not to be pregnant!

I was at 174 when I gave birth and I'm at 149 now, so maybe I'm not as far off track as I thought. But, I'd like to get back down to my pre-pre-preg weight of 125.
