pf or fitted?

I'm going to be trying EC; but really cannot let DD have much naked time. I've been putting her in pf's w/ a snappi and no cover. I'm worried about what might happen when she has a big poop blow-out. It'll probably escape out the legs of the pf. Would a fitted diaper be a better choice? If so, which fitted diaper do you suggest. The Kushies basic diaper looks good to me (and is w/in my budget ). Has anyone tried that diaper and have toughts on it? TIA.

I did the Kushies AIOS and they leaked like crazy! I like my hipbaby fitteds. (800) hip-baby is the tag. They were seconds so I dunno much about them. It's pretty easy to make your own fitteds, you might try it, homemade ones seem to be less leaky than others. The "evil MIL brand" dipes my friends MIL made are awesome! (Even if MIL is not) THey are totally basic, but even with out velcro or snaps, they keep in leaks. Of course without a cover you would want pins or velcro or snaps. I'm coming to prefer pins... Maybe I'm old fashioned.
