diaper rash cream for cloth diaper

I remember seeing somewhere in the internet said one kind of diaper rash cream will ruin the cloth diaper (maybe the microfleece?) What kind of diaper rash cream is friendly to cloth diaper?

Well, I used triple paste, as it was the only, ONLY diaper cream that worked on my dd, and her poor bum was raw if we didn't use it, didn't matter which kind of dipe or cover we used (okay, it would get bloody if we used sposies...). It didn't ruin the dipes...washed out every time, no matter how thickly we caked it on. You can get it AT the pharmacy. You don't need a prescription, but they keep it behind the counter. I dunno why, they just do. Good luck.
