Oh-sick kids are no fun at all! How's everyone else doing? Today was okay:
Smoothie (almond butter, coconut oil, raw cacao, greens powder, strawberry, blueberry, peach, acai and cherries)
Apple with raw walnut butter
baby carrots with a raw green onion dip
zucchini linguini with roma tomatoes, avacado and raw pesto.
Don't know what dinner is yet, but I have leftover raw cheesecake for dessert!
I'm dehydrating maple cinnamon flax crackers, portabellos that I'm stuffing with guacamole, more falafels and some cookies. My kids love crackers with almond butter and strawberries...mmmmmmm, breakfast!
