I'd like to find a source for this swing - or even plans or a pattern to make it. Has anyone seen this before?

I don't have a source but I do have a suggestion. Check out the macrame books at your local library to see if you can find the knot that the swing is made with, then measure a baby booster seat to figure out your dimensions and go from there. It doesn't look terribly complicated and if you used strong, good quality yarn, you'd surely make a delightful swing.
