maybe a dumb question, but is one type of whey better than other? Are they processed idfferent? If I were to look for whey at Azure to order next month, what should I look for?Beside organic?

I would just "make" whey from yogurt, if you don't have access to raw milk. Just put yogurt in cheesecloth lining a strainer, with a container under it to catch the whey. The resulting cheese is kinda like a sour cream cheese, and you have whey for your recipes.
