I have been eyeing this thread for months, and though I'm not superstitious in the usual ways, I cannot bring myself to actually make a "prediciton". However, I want to say one thing:

I REALLY would love it if my baby were born at the Aries new moon (April 17th, in the morning). There would just be so much meaning in that for me!

I don't know if any of you have seen the Treasure Map threads in the Spirituality forum or maybe have done it before, but I made my first one for the Aries new moon last spring, and it was ALL about getting pregnant, not having any fertility challenges, having a healthy pregnancy, leaving my job to be at home full time, etc. And every one of those things has come true! I still look at my "map" (poster) every day and feel so blessed. It would just be so amazing to have this little baby emerge at the start of the new moon-year!

Birthday: May 3rd (1wk after his "due date", of course I think his due date is April 30, and if anyone else would believe me than I would guess May 13 (Mother's Day

Birth time: 3:00am

Weight: 9-10lbs (I was 9lbs 5oz and hubby was 7lbs 8oz and his twin brother was 7lbs 3oz so I think ours will be big!)

Length: 21"

Hubby just looked over my shoulder and wants to join in - here is his guess:

Birth time: 7:30pm

Weight: 9lbs 6oz or bigger

ok i'll give it a shot.. my daughter was born on her due date at 6:25 am

so i am having a boy this time due april 10th... i'm guessing he will be born in the wee hours of the morning march 28th at 38 weeks....but with my luck he will be an april fools day baby. or a second daylights savings time baby like my daughter.

Both mine were exactly 10 days before due dates - so that was my by-line, but even though I'm due 4/19 and 10 days would be the 9th, I have a wierd feeling that she'll come between my birthday on March28th-and April 1st!

My husband says the between the 2nd & 6th - I think his pick is the 5th.

I think she'll be 7 lbs like the others! We'll see!

I am also preparing myself for the fact that its my own wishful thinking giving me that feeling b/c I was certain that my son (the last one) would come 2 & a half weeks earlier than he came! I was so dissapointed!

So I'm focusing on the 19th and hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised!

I say we go back and edit, put the outcomes in big letters and bold or a color. What do you all think?

Well, so far my predictions are more than half wrong, and the baby isn't even here yet. We know from many ultrasounds that she is definitely a girl, and that I'm being induced early, so she'll probably be here around 4/4, not 4/30. Oh well, so much for mother's intuition

He will be born on April 17, in the early morning hours, at our local birth center. His father and my true love will catch him, while his grandmothers smile on.
Labor will be longish, but uneventful. Maybe a waterbirth (I haven't gotten tha far yet.)

I was RIGHT about the date!!!except it was in the afternoon...
My true love did participate, abd one grandmother was there...
Labor was medium length, and, yes, uneventful...
I labored in the water, but got out for delivery...
