This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I started 9 days ago on 25mg when I went up to 50mg it set me into a panic attack so I'm back down to 25mg ~ although I know someone here who mentioned that the samet hing happened to her so she took 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the evening & that worked for her ~ so just a head's up incase you increase
I personally am not having much luck on it, the first week I was great but the last few days have been pretty rough. I hope your transition is easy and that it brings you what you need

I started in late June and saw results almost immediately. I thought, well jeez maybe I didn't need it, maybe PPD was just going to go away on it's own.....
my mom is a therapist and suggested that it's possible to respond really well to drugs when you haven't much in your system (no abx as a child, vegetarian). I don't know for sure, but I didn't have a crying, sobbing fit for about 6 weeks-- that is HUGE for me. In the last week I have had 2 cryign sessions (which of course freaked me out, b/c I got so used to being normal again) but they weren't as bad as before, so.....i will hope I get another 6 weeks "crazy-free"
I am on 50mg (maybe I should have started at 25....but well no, this is working for me, so I'm happy. No, I'm ecstatic!)
I haven't had any anxiety issues related to zoloft. I wish the meds would get rid of my slight insomnia
good luck mama, you should feel good soon. If you don't eventuallly start tp feel somewhat better-- it may not be the right med for you and you should tell your doc.

I had PPD after having my first baby. Our second daugher was just born August 22nd at 12:48 pm. They were both c-sections, although each time I planned on having natural childbirth. I started Zoloft 25 mg, twice a day on Wednesday. I will have to wait longer to tell if it's working. The doctor also recommended I go to counseling to deal with my emotions regarding childbirth. She acknowledges that my first birth was extremely traumatic, and with this one not going the way I want, I will need to talk to someone about my feelings. I'll see how things go for a couple weeks first.

I'm on zoloft. I did have problems jumping from 25 to 50 mg. I took 25 in the am and 25 in the pm. I was doing better but recently have been on the decline
I just upped my meds to 100. I take 25 mg 4 times a day. I am so ready to be out of this nightmare.
