Soaked, Sprouted, Frozen, then FISHY????

The title says it all. My beans taste nasty after I cook them. I have never experienced this before, but then again, I haven't ever frozen my sprouted beans for later use either Am I skipping a step before freezing them? Do I need to blanch them or something? Help!

PS, I know I need to get my bunz back over into this forum, my family is suffering from non-motivated mama :

Any help? I have tried googling, but nothing is really coming up. Maybe I need to use different key words :
