Where do you get your Aplix from?

I can't seem to find it anywhere! Joann Fabrics didn't have it. Would Hancock Fabrics? Or Walmart?

Also do you use the fold-over elastic (I'm making fitteds BTW)? Where do you buy that?

I would rather buy it from a local store if I can because I have alot of time this weekend and don't want to wait for it to arrive!

Unfortunately from everything I've learned those are things that you have to get from online sources or co-ops. Sometimes mama's on here have stuff to sale. I just got a bag of foe from a mom.
