What mineral/vitamin supplements do you all take?

To keep up your immune system (and your babies/childs), what daily supplements are you guys taking? I'm doing my reading through all the nutrition threads in this forum and others, but was just wondering what you guys were doing? I take a vegetarian multi-vitamin, flax seed oil, vitamin C and acidopholus. Is this enough? By the way, I'm breastfeeding.

This is currently what I'm doing ... I'm trying to pare down and consolodate, and also get most from natural food sources:

* 3-4 Tablespoons coconut oil
*1 Tablespoon CLO (high vitamin Blue Ice)
*Probiotics in the form of homemade kefir and kombucha
*Vit C in the form of acerola powder (SA if I feel something coming on) - don't have a dosage yet as I haven't tested bowel tolerance
*600-900mg magnesium citrate (Natural Calm)
*1/2-1 Tablespoon Vitamineral Green
And when I think of it:
*100mcg of selenium
*500mg of L-glutamine
*B-100 complex

Oh, and I drink raw milk each day (usually 1 - 1 1/2 cup mixed with egg yolks and molasses) and coconut milk each day; we use real butter and also use raw butter in our smoothies.

We take nothing but we do eat super healthy. Everything else we save for when we come down with something and then it really seems to work.

Echinacea, vita C, Zinc, cod liver oil, herbs....

For my immune system, 1-2 packets/day Emer'gen-C (more if I'm feeling ill).

We eat a traditonal foods diet. I am on a lot of supplements right now because I had some nutritional defiencies. In a few months when I am off all that I will go back to high vitamin cod liver oil. We also use raw and cultured dairy products.I also use coconut oil (it's anti-fungal and anti-microbial) in smoothies and cooking. I am looking into kefir sodas and lacto-fermented beverages to get more beneficial bacteria in us. Rest and reducing stress is also important IMO.
