Preschools too?

Are preschools and private schools required to give me a vaccine waiver just like a public school? I ask because my daughter is about to enter a Co Opm Parent Participatory Preschool and they ask for her immunization record. I am in CA and I know I can get a waiver for "Schools" so does this include preschools and private schools? And would they give me a waiver or do I get my own?

I am sure this question has been asked a hundred times. Im sorry Please someone answer. Thanks.

The CA exemption portion is on the back of the blue immunization certificate. I'll get you a link.

I don't know if CA preschools are required to stock the forms for parents though. You could always call one of the grammar schools in your district and pick one up from them or have it mailed to you.

I'm wondering if anyone from CA can tell me for sure if you can download the form from the DOH and submit the downloaded form instead of using the original on blue paper.

I called the preschool and she said I COULD just print it out and bring that.

Of course she could be misinformed, but I see the President tomorrow and I will verify with her.

I don't see why it would be a problem, particularly in the "internet age". Please let us know how it goes.
