I have tried them but switched to the Diva Cup as it is reusable but somewhat similar.

have tried them, yes don't use them regularly though and haven't in a long time.

I used them. It is as if I were using my diaphram.

I tried them some years ago. My period was lighter/more normal then and they worked alright I guess. They felt big to me though.

i'm considering them, and honestly, they look HUGE!! Do you feel them?? I have issues with feeling something behind my pubic bone 24/7

I tried them again when my period started back up this time around. Either I flow much heavier than I did in the past or they don't work as well as I remember. Either way I've given up and gone back to tampons because they constantly leak.

Oh, and I don't feel them at all.

Yea leakage was an issue for me when I started to flow heavier too. Sucked.

I have a pack of them in my bathroom.. I dont know if they are still any good.. do they go bad?
My old roommate from 2 yrs ago left them when she moved out.. only one gone from the box.

I have never used them, not even really entertained the idea of using them myself, but for some reason keep the darn box of them..

I have not inserted a tampon since Feb 04... I do not plan to do so any time soon.. I loooove my mama coth and the Diva Cup!

I bought them & used once to ahem, cough, cough- during AF. Otherwise I prefer tampons. I plan to get a Diva before AF returns. (I should really order soon, but I am in denial about AF returning. Can I nurse DD for the next 20 yrs or so?!)

I know alot of surrogates who use the instead cup to concieve

I used one for my donor insemination and also for the intended purpose. dd has also used them when she was about 13-14ish and only left ONE for me in the box, the little b*tch!

They fit just like a diaphragm, which, incidentally, can be used for the purpose the Instead is intended for but not the other way around. I have a fairly light flow and haven't had any leakage problems. The package says to use once and toss, but I rinse them off thoroughly and reuse them. I don't feel them when they're in.

I've been celibate for....well, you don't WANT to know how long....but if that ever changed, the Instead could be used for that too. The Diva, Mooncup, and Keeper can't.

Personally, I greatly prefer them to tampons, but they do cost more unless you reuse them.
