Cook County Hospital in Chicago uses its emergency department to immunize adults, Dr. Alexander said. This tactic could be extrapolated to pediatric patients. “If a kid shows up with a sprained ankle in the ER, can we treat it as an opportunity to immunize them? Darn tootin'.”

thats why i try to convince my teen to wait until we can get to his sports dr. if he's feeling stress on the weekend (he's captain of his basketball team and has my horrible ankles..poor kid).

everyone has blinders on (it seems) in the medical community. THAT is teh ONE reason that i have such an issue with vax's. if they would admit anything, then perhaps i wouldnt be so skeptical..but they admit NOTHIGN and it just looks like a huge coverup to me.
