Ideas for a Halloween party?

I know it's early, but I'm planning a Halloween party. We had one last year and have decided to make it an annual thing. There will be kids from 1-11 years old attending, so I need something they can all enjoy. Here's what we did last year:

Mask decorating
Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Ghost (like Duck, Duck, Goose)
Dancing with Halloween music
Ghost pictures (a ghost drawn in white crayon on white paper, then painted over so the ghost shows)
Pumpkin patches (orange puffs and green yarn glued onto brown paper)

I'd like to do something new this year. Also, we had a no candy rule at last year's party and I ended up bringing very boring snacks. This is what we had:

Veggie platter
Cheese chunks
Cupcakes
Crackers

What else could I add to this?

TIA!

I'm planning a party as well but for adults.

There are some cool recipes on that site, some of which might be too scary for kids but check it out anyway.
