Question about Neem Oil?

Has anyone used this for teething and is in a lot of pain? A friend mentioned it to me because my youngest is teething, has anyone tryed it? Any other natural options?

I do have a bottle of neem oil that I have not used yet. I got is as a natural tick repellant. Clove essential oil does have a mild numbing effect, but it burns, burns, burns when placing it on skin esp. mucosa. I don't think I'd use it on a child. You could try super diluting it in olive oil or almond oil as a carrier. Maybe one drop in a TBSP of carrier oil and try it on yourself to see if it burns. Be careful as quality steam distilled essential oils can be quite potent.
