I'm doing this thinking that maybe I'll do more than lurk and will join in and get back to my thrifty ways. I used to make my own laundry detergent, but haven't since I've come back to work. I'm also starting to get more convienent items. I work full-time and have a 3 year old and an 8 month old. Dh works late alot and just had surgery a month ago and cannot lift for another 3 weeks (my justification for convenience). :

Yep, i starteding going more convinete when me and my dh dug out of our cc dept and had extra $$ coming in a month... now we are moving, and have a vacation in about 5 months, but dh got a pay raise also... so it's hard for me to go to the store and not buy easy stuff, but i've been doing good just NOT GOING to the store at all! LOL
