I just wanted to ask, we are planning to homeschool our dd. Right now she is 31 months old. I read a lot to her, we play puzzles, color, play with clay, sing and dance. When we go out I point out things that may be interesting for her to see and learn about, like plants, flowers, rocks, animals and so on. She is too young to listen to any scientific elaborations but I bought some books in anticipation that one day she may be interested in them. Of course, we spend a lot of time just playing and enjoying our company.
So, my question is whether I should be doing more at this point or am I just thinking too much ahead? She is very inteligent and smart and we are mostly following her lead but there are days when I (being pregnant) don't feel like I have energy to pursue some more ambitious things and our days seem to me a little boring. I don't get an impression they are boring to her, though, but the devil on my shoulder
tells me that I am a lazy mom sometimes. So what do you think, should I be more proactive or just go with a flow and not overdo?
