September Menus

Thread Starter
Hi, mamas! I thought that maybe if we shared our menu plans for the day/week/month it may be helpful to others.

I plan at least 2 weeks, if not the whole month, in advance. I'm still working on this month.

If you could use new meal/snack ideas, join me!

I'll be back in a day or so with my menu. We should be prepared to share the recipes if anyone asks, too.

What a great idea. I generally plan my menu's every week before I grocery shop based on what's on sale. I could use use some new ideas though. My meals are starting to get boring. I seem to be making the same thing over and over. DH is too nice to comment on it, but I can tell he'd like a little more variety!

Hey all. I did my weekly plan this morning and grocery shopped. I plan dinner only. Breakfast is almost always oatmeal, eggs and toast or muffins. Lunches are a mix of leftovers, quesadillas, noodles and tomato sauce or some other easy item.

So, dinners this week:

Roast chicken, potatoes, carrots
chicken and bean enchiladas (we'll have this twice)
chicken soup (four meals! Not bad for one little chicken)
Sesame noodles with tofu and broccoil
black beans, corn tortillas, salsa, avacados
leftovers and whatnot
