Ooooh, fun reading.
Here's mine:
About you:
How old are you? (If you're comfortable sharing.) 26
Where are you? We split our time between New York (where DH grew up) and Wyoming (where I grew up).
Are you currently PG? Yes. Due late Dec/early Jan
Are you/Did you UP? Sort of. We have a m/w, she's free through insurance (and we pay through the nose for that each month), and to put DH's mind at ease, I'm going along with it. I've seen her three times in 25 weeks tho, so I feel like I'm pretty much going it alone.
Are you telling others about your UC plans? Nope. Not a soul (except my best friend who is UC friendly). They wouldn't understand and I'm not one to shout anything from the rooftops anyway.
Have you UCed before? No. DS was a homebirth, but we had complete m/w prenatal care and she was here for about half of my labor.
About your family:
How old is your significant other? 50
How long have you been with your s.o.? 5 years
How many children do you currently have? If so, what ages? DS - 2
Will your older children be present for the birth? absolutely. I wasn't sure at first, but am more secure in that decision every day.
Will you/do you:
Co-Sleep? yep
Wear your baby? yes. I am a local NINO Leader
Cloth-diaper? yep. It took us a few months to get into it with DS, but now I don't think I'd do anything but.
Breastfeed? yes. I'm also a LLL Leader.
Immunize/Vaccinate your baby? Nope.
Circumcise your baby? NO!
Homeschool? Unschooling for us.
Follow a special diet? (e.g. Vegan, macrobiotic, etc.) We strive to eat a raw diet, but we're not really strict with it. Otherwise, I try to keep us as vegetarian as possible (DH eats lunch at work so he can get whatever he wants there).
Will you/do you:
Watch TV? I watch it in the evenings after DS is asleep, because I'm a Law & Order junkie. DS watches videos, less than an hour per day and oftentimes none at all. We're not really that strict with it, we just don't have a lot of time to watch it. In Wyoming, DS watches a lot more TV because my dad has the thing on from sunup till sundown.
Sign with your baby? yes.
Read to your newborn? yep. And now everyone is amazed he'll sit through a 50 page Dr. Suess book and not squirm at all.

Work outside the home? nope. I'm a WAHM and DH owns his own business, so if we wanted, we could never leave the house.
Send baby/child to daycare or preschool? Absolutely not.
Recycle? Yes, but I'm not real diligent about it.
TCS, TCC, or CL (consentual living)? We are definitely CL, but with a bit more structure than the "ideal".
Own or foster pets? No. We travel too much and our yard isn't fenced. I have a dog in Wyoming that still lives with my parents, so DS does know animals. My dad also has a cat. We'll probably get a cat soon, but maybe not till next year.
Follow a religion? No. We're both atheists. Although we do have humanist leanings.
Encourage higher education? DH has an MBA that he did all on his own - he left home at 13 and never looked back. I have my BA and would love to go back for my masters. We definitely believe in higher education and will encourage our children to get PhD's or law degrees or something else on that level.
Generally support union activity? yes. DH was a labor organizer in the 70's.
Boycott companies or countries for human rights reasons (such as formula promotion)? yes.
Baby posessions:
Plastic baby toys? Can't seem to keep them away - They're taking over our house!!!!!!!
Toy guns? No, no, no.
Other toy weapons? Hmmm, depends. DS is still too little really, so I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
Branded characters? No. Only things that come as gifts and usually I try to cycle them through pretty quickly to the Goodwill bag.
Medical philosophy - do you use the following models of care for actual illness/injury:
Standard medical model (practice-based)? No.
Evidence-based conventional medicine? For certain situations.
Homeopathic? Yes. I have looked at studying for certification.
Chiropractic? Yes.
Herbal? Yes!! I'm learning more and more and trying to incorporate more herbal remedies into our lifestyle. Although, I have to say, I can handle most everything homeopathically, so that's my go to. I like dabbling with the herbs tho.
Nutritional/naturopathic? Yes - it's sort of a lifestyle, y/k.
Ayurvedic? No.
Other/describe? We use a lot of Bach Flower Remedies here and I'm saving up for an Austrailian kit. I use some aromatherapy, but am very sensitive myself to a lot, so am having a hard time integrating it into our lives.
