Many moms where I work find that Morning Sickness Magic really works for them. You can order online & perhaps at health food stores? Hope you all get relief soon.

I agree, yesterday afternoon was ROUGH. But I know it was because i didn't eat enough. Once I had a bowl full of spaghetti for dinner (and a big farmers sausage) I felt grrrrrrreat! So today I brought more farmers sausage for lunch, and a variety of snacks for the morning and afternoon and screw the budget, I'm going to Wendy's for lunch (with hubby's "permission" even to screw the budget).

ETA: i feel crappy today too. ugh. hope this doesn't keep up every afternoon, it is making doing my job difficult!

It started earlier this week for me and has kept going each day. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to be sick and other times I just feel blahhh. I can't stand the smell of cooking beef/steak. Yuck.

I've had a problem with meat/chicken/fish as of late. I can't handle the raw smell. Once it's cooked I'm ok, but cooking it is absolutely out of the question

I was sick as a dog today. I threw up for the first time. It was so disgusting. I have throwing up. I feel a little better now, but I'm still kinda queasy. This sucks.

I've been naseous for the past couple of weeks. That's one reason I suspected I was PG. I almost lost dinner tonight.: I hope it holds off for a little while longer. Wanted to wait to tell DD1

I just read that Avacados are full of great things for pregnant women. One being loaded with folic acid, 2nd full of B6 vitamins, which combats morning sickenss. So go eat your Guacamole!!!! YUM!

me, me! ...except it's more like evening sickness for me, lol.

i never actually throw up, just feel perpetually hungry and/or nauseous. can't get away from one of those two feelings pretty much all day :

Hungry!!! All the dang time. Can't seem to get UN-hungry. I feel bad because at work I'm constantly eating (no one there knows yet) and I have a job that requires me to talk to clients, teachers, and kids. But if I don't eat I feel hot and hot leads to nauseous. So I eat all the time. I'm waiting for someone to say something to my supervisor.

My morning sickness seems to be getting more and more intense as the days go on... this is all new to me! I always felt fantastic during my pregnancies, but this time around I'm feeling pretty sorry for myself. I'm either hungry because near everything makes me feel like vomiting (but I haven't actually gotten sick very often). Or I manage to eat something and then have to lie down for 45minutes+ so it will stay down. I feel like my guts are churning constantly...

I'm about 7.5 weeks now, and I read that m/s typically peaks around 9 weeks so I'm hopeful that this will soon improve.

there's my little rant for the day - I hope you mamas are coping with your m/s well and growing healthy babies.

Anyone know what is in these? I'm interested to try something natural but would like to know more about the ingredients first.

Also, has anyone here tried acupressure bracelets? I hear they can be effective, too.

I just got my bfp this morning, and then three hours later...:Puke Ugh! I never had it with my first. I had the easiest pg ever! I guess payback is a bi*ch...since I rubbed it in my sister's face that I felt so good

ewww...m/s hit here. yucko! and DS is not potty trained yet and changing his diapers is gross.

I ordered Morning Sickness Magic from Frontier today, so hopefully that will work. It's a bummer trying to keep yourself from puking while chasing after 3 other little ones. Ah well, at least I know it won't last forever!

Not yet...I'm 5 and a half weeks. I've a little queasiness, but that could have been all in my head.

Everything is making me gag. Chicken stock was the worst - then these beans I cooked... ohhhh, just thinking about makes me ill. Lamb for dinner.... oh god. This is bad. Bad. bad. bad. bad. bad.

Can we inact a no puking smiley rule? I just saw it and : :

I don't remember being this sick with Ella - this is terrible. I can't eat hardly anything. How can I get in all my superfoods if all I am able to keep down is bread?!

I agree! I feel really yucky and those barfing smilies don't help!

What remedies are you mamas trying to get through morning sickness? The only thing that works for me (and that stays down for most of the day) is soda crackers and gingerale, neither of wich I usually buy. I'm kind of concerned that my very limited diet will have some sort of negative effect on my babe. I'm hoping real hard that I'll be able to bring in other foods to my diet soon, other than white flour and sugar! Luckily the prenatal vitamins will count for something but I do miss eat fresh fruits and veggies.
