Uterine soreness?

I didn't know where else to post this - I hope this is the right place.

Quick background: Dh and I have been TTC baby #2 for nearly three years now. I'm not even going to count the months. We did one round of clomid but then stopped because of the (possible) increased risk of cancer associated with clomid. Dh has a low count and I have irregular cycles and don't always ovulate. We'd kind of "given up" in the past few months, but lately I'm finding that "giving up" feels harder than the idea of continuing to "try." So we're thinking of giving it another go. We haven't used bc in three years, so "giving up" for us simply means not monitering fertility signs in any way.

Anyways, to the point: I had my last "period" in early July and it wasn't really a real period - just three days of brownish spotting. And now I'm noticing (for at least the past week) that there is a sore feeling in my uterine area that I usually have during my period - kind of like mild cramps. I especially notice it during bowel movements . That's also when I particularly feel it when it occurs during my period. But I don't have my period or any idea of when it might show up since I haven't been charting at all. Has anyone else experienced a feeling similar to this? My first overly-anxious thought is ovarian cancer or something really terrible like that. I don't think it's endometriosis becuase I think that would be much more painful than what I'm feeling. Does anyone have any ideas of what the cause could be? (I'm sure I'm not pregnant)

I can't tell if it's what I'm experiencing, but I've had a tremendous amount of abdominal discomfort/pressure right above my cs scar. I've had it since April, and I had two *huge* cycles during all of this. One was 67 days, the next was 83 days. I'm still feeling it, but my dr is convinced that it must be bowel-related (I don't buy it, though). But I had a ct scan done, a vaginal ultrasound, and an HSG, all of which came back normal. But my uterus still hurts! Or at least I think it's my uterus... I have to say that it's incredibly frustrating when my body does this, and even though I'm charting, I STILL don't know wth is going on.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this.
