My son loves tofu. Does anyone know if we should limit his soy intake because of the estrogens found in soy? He currently drinks cow's milk [organic] and we're cosidering replacing some of it with soy. [We prefer not to give him much dairy, but it's the main way we get fat into him now.]

Besides soy, there is rice milk and if you have time to make it, almond milk or other nut milks.
The dangers of soy and estrogen have been overhyped (by the dairy industry). Cow's milk is so much worse for a child than soy milk.
So my suggestion is to get rice and soy stuff and just limit soy intake a little.
