clogged duct or mastitis?

How do you know the difference between mastitis or a clogged duct? I have some redness but no fever or pain. Baby doesn't like to nurse as often from the left side so I pump. Do I have to take antibiotics if it is mastitis or is there a natural remedy I can use to help clear it?
