My mom just started on Blue Ice CLO last week. She is suddenly having a lot of relux. Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?

So, if nobody else has experienced this from the CLO, could it be the kombucha? She has been drinking the GT brand (I think that's what it's called), about 3-4 oz each day.
