Talk to me about raw honey

Thread Starter
I just purchased what seems to be very delicious organic raw honey from the Amish Farm store.
What can I do with it besides adding it to tea?

Any ideas?

Also, I know it's not recommended for infants, but what about 15mo old? Can I give it to him just a little? Maybe to sweeten his smoothy?

I put it in smoothies, use it if I'm having digestion issues, or a sore throat.

I sweeten everything with honey! I also adore honey and butter on warmed homemade bread (so sad I can't do dairy anymore!) Almond butter mixed with honey, I make a raw cheesecake that has a ton of honey in it. Fudge. Whipped toppings. And on and on and on....

Honey is really yummy. It should be okay to give to your 15 month old. I think it's just infants under 1 year who shouldn't have it.

stir fry

I add a little honey to stir fries during the cooking process. goes great with garlic and a little soy sauce.
