Susan Weed's sitz bath recipe?

Does anyone have Susan Weed's recipe for making a postpartum sitz bath? Seems to me that I copied it down from one of her books the last time around, but can't come up with it now.

In Childbearing Year, she lists a few of the best herbs for sitz baths: Yarrow, Rosemary, Goldenseal, Oak bark, Witch Hazel, Sea Grape bark, and Myrrh.

Any suggestions of how much of each herb to use, as well as how much hot water?
