I am eating a traditional diet. We do not have a raw milk source, but we have raw cheese. My last pg I was a vegetarian and ate tons of soy and craved meat. Two years later while nursing I was still craving red meat and turns out my dd can't tolerate soy. Live and learn. Now I follow WAP, mostly. But I worry about eating so much fish. And I am confused about raw dairy. No soy or packaged foods this time. CLO daily.

but my other two pregnancies went fine so I'm not too worried. I try to eat raw fresh foods and stay away from too much refined junk..the usual i guess, except i've started adding a supplement
