Does it mess up the recipe if you don't?
If you do, how?
I have tried a salt grinder but it seems to get gobbed up with the celtic sea salt and/or if it is metal, it starts to corrode. I also use a mortar and pestle sometimes, but it is more time consuming. I just have a tiny one, though, so maybe a bigger one is the answer. What I'd really like to hear is that it doesn't make any difference!! But I don't want chunks of salt in my baked goods.
TIA
