Yeah, I read it and I thought it was a terrific book. I don't have a heck of a lot of time to post right now, but I wanted to bump this and I swear I'll come back in the morning and tell you why I thought it kicked !

Loved it! I think it should be required reading for anyone in America who eats! I'm currently making my DH read it then it's going to my mother, then a co-worker.

Yeah, there have also been a couple of threads about it on this forum as well. I have not yet read it but my DH is reading it and can't stop talking about it.

Yes, it was excellent and a real eye opener! DH is now reading it and we discuss it all the time. I'd be happy to talk about this book with you!!

I'm off to check out the thread in Traditional Foods...

Yeah, DH is totally now. He's always shopped to save money, so hopefully this has changed his perspective some.
