Help with letdown

Thread Starter
I'm really getting tired of having to squeeze the bejeebers out of my breasts to get a letdown when pumping. And then having to keep squeezing to fully empty them. I used to let down just fine for the pump, until AF came back 3 mos ago. Is there anything I can do/take to help with this? My hands/wrists will thank you.

It really helps me to drink a couple glasses of water, massage my breasts, breathe and relax. It also helps to think about snuggling with my babe. As far as things you can take I have heard hops makes for an easier let down.
