I am thinking of starting the Feingold diet with my ds because of behavior problems, so I ordered some back issues of their newsletter off of ebay. I was very pleased to find that maybe half of them that I got referred in some way to WAP's research.
Has anyone done the Feingold diet while also doing NT diet? I think that it should be pretty easy, especially if Im making most things from scratch. I know that there are some naturally occuring foods that are not on the Feingold list that I will have to watch out for. LMK your experiences.
