Are there any superfoods that WAP recommends for helping combat asthma symptoms? I thought that I had read that CLO helps, but is anything else supposed to help too? My kids and I all suffer from asthma (especially in the fall and winter) so I would like to help us out all we can.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I have trouble w/ asthma when it's smoky/dusty/cold outside-I've found that lots of Vit C, magnesium, and cutting down on cows milk helps (Of course, I do'nt have access to raw, so it's homo/pasturized dairy, and I tend to have a bit of sensitivity to it anyhow, but can't bring myself to give it up)
I haven't been taking CLO long enough to know if it'll help.
Not much help for you-hopefully someone will come along who knows more than myself.
Have you tried cutting out things that you might be allergic to? (Wheat comes to mind just because that's a trigger for me-not asthma related, just in general...)
