Pregnancy allergies that don't go away?

I developed hay fever the summer I was pregnant with ds #2 really bad, and had never had it before in my life. Now he is 8 months and I have it again this season! Did he gie me an allergy or is this just a coincedence? He seems stuffy to but no other symptoms.........

Sorry to tell you that the hormones of pregnancy can cause changes in allergies. They can stay the same, get better (either in that allergies go away completely or symptoms diminish), or get worse (or more in number.) You have an equal chance of any of the 3 happening. W/ your next pregnancy you have a 33% chance of the allergy getting better or worse or staying the same. Other than that, it's most likely here to stay. Have you tried nettles? Local honey?

Also, you should know that allergies over the past two years have skyrocketed. People who never had them before now do. It's due to the warmer temps, hence greater allergen levels in the air.
