One of the SAHMamas put this together and posted it over in their forums; seems pretty comprehensive and helpful to all parents - whether they are providing the childcare, or arranging for it.

I'm the poster of the agreement - and actually I'm a WAHM!

I have always had a nanny for my girls, and so I'm really familiar with nanny/family agreements. I also was very involved in my union where I used to live, and worked on contract negotiations. So, it's something I enjoy - figuring out how to have everyone's needs met.
