Was due 9/3. Still pregnant, but that offer is good for a limited time only.
The batteries appear to be dead in the garage door opener ... so we are going to go to the hospital for a little encouragement tomorrow night. Hopefully the cervidil alone will be all we need.

still preg due today.....by conception thought it would be around 2 weeks ago (i concienved on a "double ovulation" month right after my period....so )

but still preg
dd was 2 weeks late.
trying to do something really fun every day.

Baby is still inside...and due date is today. I'm soooo jealous of all the mommas holding their babies already. And so ready for baby to come out! But baby is apparently not ready yet & I'm trying hard to be patient.

I've been having contractions for weeks and weeks. The average length has gone from 45 secs to 65+ over the last week. Baby keeps getting lower & lower (can't go much farther down without coming out!). And really I'm trying to be patient & think positively about the work my body is getting done outside of active labor.

Was due 9/7. Been having sporatic contractions since about 2 weeks before EDD. Tried everything they say to try to get it going, acupuncture for two sessions Thurs. and Fri ~ even castor oil yesterday. Been loosing mucous plug with some blood since mid last week. Both the sessions and the castor oil got some strong regular contractions going but once managed to get to sleep for the night they stopped.

Tuesday I go for induction

according to U/S I'm due the 20th....I just found that out the other day when I went to visit my on call doc. (i've only seen him once) It was nice 'cause he gave me his home phone and cell #'s so I can let him know when babe is born or DH can call if he has any questions. (we're having a UC) according to my dates somewhere around the 27th....give or take a week or 2.
Thought yesterday was the day. Had contractions that got stronger all day(starting at 4:30am when they were waking me up)....every 3-5 min, deffinantly not BH. We got all the birth supplies ready and were all geared up. Put the kids to bed and decided to go lay down and get connected/make love........we both feel asleep within 5 min. So much for getting connected!! lolol.

Woke up feeling refreshed, haven't had any contractions today. I'm kinda relieved because I wasn't able to eat much yesterday so I could use some refueling time!! I'm feeling excited that birth is actually this close.....trying not to be discouraged! Good too becuase dd woke at 5:30am throwing up, we've all had the norwalk virus this week ...that was fun:

I'm still waiting... my due date is tomorrow (9/21). Not feeling much yet. Just Braxton Hicks which have been happening for weeks. Baby hasn't dropped - I measured 39 cm last week.
This is my first -- so I don't know what to expect.
Cannot sleep at all at night!!! Insomnia. Naps in daytime. So uncomfortable!!! Baby very active at night! Sharp twinges in pelvis when laying down... ?baby's head?
Advice, anyone?

Still prego, I literally feel like I am going to pop, my abdominal muscles are hurting! EDD is the 23rd or 25th. Maybe this weekend!
Anyone else nesting like crazy. Already have two but managed to find time to paint all the furniture in the girls room.

not due until the 27th, still pregnant. I started my leave from work today (I only get 30 days!) because I hurt, feel flu like and crabby. I work in technical support over the phone and feel too crabby to not yell at the customers. I hope she doesn't stay in much longer because the longer she waits the less time I will get to spend with her before having to go back to work. (I will probably quit with recommendation for rehire after my 30 days though..) I am going to do a ton of housework today because our house needs it and last time it started up contractions. She jabs my tailbone all day!:

I'm still pregnant! Due on the 26th.

I'm off my regular job now (still workin 12 hours at my other job) and it's lovely being home with DS (DH has a couple of good handyman jobs right now, yay!) and working slowly on nesting and taking care of him. Our last few days of just Mama and Boy.

Posting again because I am still preggo too....3CM and 85% effaced as of a week ago.

Going into the MW tomorrow first thing.

I am not sure if I was nesting today or not. My neat freak mom will be here on Monday night(so I am not sure if its nesting or just obsessing because my mom is coming) and I am determined to get the house presentable (we arent dirty, just cluttery people) to my mom. So I got the living room and the kids bedroom done today. Kitchen was done a few days ago (it needs a quick once over but the heavy duty stuff has been done already) So that leaves bathrooms and our bedroom (which is so tiny it will take all of 5 minutes)

I am very much ready...but I guess baby isnt. Dh said that we can have a baby tomorrow night Since he will be home (and then he wont have to travel again for about a week and a half) That would just be to perfect...so it wont happen.

I need to finish the remaining house stuff just in case. I could only imagine trying to finish the last things I want to get done 1-2 days post partum. So its going to be a "go to MW firs tthing, get home and clean clean clean" day tomorrow.

Posting again as well because I too am still pregnant Now, my first predicted date of 9/16 has come and gone, but I also predicted 9/22 and 9/23so we'll see if I can have a baby this weekend. Seems more and more likely that baby will be an autumn baby instead of a summer baby- I guess the autumnal equinox is 9/23 at 12:03 a.m. EST? Hang in there, mamas- we are almost there!!

still carrying

i'm still holding this little guy in too. due in 2 days on the 23rd but i don't really feel that close. it's my first so am prepared for being a bit late. my midwife says babe's head is not very engaged and his back is toward my right side...

i really should be doing some more 'positioning positions' but have been too busy.... i am also trusting that IN labor babe and i will work together to get him in good position (his back to my belly) (am i being crazy? should i be on hands and knees at every opportunity?)

so, i just found out some great news today: in vancovuer BC where i live, there is a free evening at Pomegranate Midwifery Centre called "Ripe and Ready- how to avoid stress when you are past your due date." sounds like perfect timing to me since it's on the 24th and i'll be one day past the EDD... not that i'm feeling stressed, but hey, i will take all the support i can find.

Still STILL here ... 40 wks 5 days. I wasn't nervous/stressed until my midwife scheduled me for a sono for next week and kept emphasizing that if we don't go into labor before midnight on the 1st of October I won't be able to deliver at the birthing center.

(In the back of my mind I'm saying to myself ... unless you come to my house and drag me to the hospital, I won't be delivering there, either. Maybe time to check my emergency homebirth supplies. Grrr.)

Well, today is my EDD (as calculated by me!) and I'm not feeling like we are really that close. I went exactly on my due date with #1 and never thought I would go later with #2 Well, I am sending all of you strong birth vibes- here is to our autumn babies!!!

Well my EDD is only 2 days away, I honestly thought she would be here by now... In my "baby predictions" post I said that I thought I would have her on the 20th (Clearly not going to happen now) and then I put that knowing my luck she wouldn't come out until the 9th of October...... I was only kidding!! I didn't think she would take me seriously when I said it...!!

I went to the park with my Mother and my 2 sisters yesterday and my Mother took a pic of "the bump" which is now a bit bigger than a bump... It's not quite as fantastic as some of the other belly pics I've seen as it's just me standing up but I figure I'll put it up anyways...
