[QUOTE=Meli65;6236439]Go Bama go!!
I didn't mean to downplay how freaky scary it must have been to have murderous dogs next door.[QUOTE]
Don't worry, it never even crossed my mind. I'm still waiting for the RCMP to take the owners away and "put them down"
We had our first snow today!!
(smilie is to signify mixed feelings about the snow) Sage was very interested in the snow through the window, but when I took her outside she became frightened. The poor thing, her familiar outside is all covered up with this weird white stuff. I sure hope she gets used to it, or it'll be a looooooong winter!
Anyways, still haven't ordered the boots so she wore the Robeez outside. She just stayed on the deck where it wasn't even very wet and her feet were soaked, so I wouldn't recommend them for winter.
mcs - great pictures! Seeing Hilger (and eisa) again has reminded me that I'm still keeping my family a secret. I won't have time to download pics this week 'cause my folks are sleeping in the office/guestroom but please someone remind me next week.
Sage doesn't say many words. She goes through spurts where it seems like she's learning so fast, but then forgets again or something. She says mama, dada, up, ball, hi, bye, baby, ni ni (night night), ap (apple), woof, ba ba, and quack (animal noises count, don't they?). But she's starting to surprise us with what she understands. I half jokingly will tell her to go get something, and she often shocks me by following my instructions! I'm trying to use her as my "bending over tool". eg: "Sage pick such and such up for mama please". Very handy.
