I need help interpreting my allergist visit - I AM SO FRUSTRATED!

We took my almost 3 year old dd to the allergist finally this week. DD seems (it's so hard to tell - she is 2 after all) to have behavior issues with wheat and dairy. She has a rash around her mouth and one that comes and goes on her pubic bone. The allergist tested her for wheat, dairy, oats, soy, eggs, peanuts, almonds. And there was nothing. No reaction to anything. She says she thinks the rash might be because she licks her lips all the time and the pubic bone one because she picks at it all the time (she does do both those things.) So now what? Dh is so frustrated that he says he's ready to go buy her a pizza (something she has never had with our suspicions about wheat and dairy). How do we know? I can't tell from behavior. I don't even know the time windows to look at. If she has a cookie at church and the wheat bothers her then when would her behavior be effected. She IS 2. A difficult, and wonderfully willful two. I can't tell what is what. I'm just ready to give up and feed her what the rest of the family is eating. Can someone help me?

Maybe she has food sensitivities that would come up through an IgG test and not the one you may have gotten (Ig?).

Then maybe it's because she is not digesting them fully and she's reacting to the peptides. Maybe she has an intestinal flora problem that impedes digestion ... something conventional medicine has been blind towards. What's her poop like?

The immune system can be totally out of the equation in this scenario. But of course undigested foods can in theory lead to an allergic reaction over time as the body is continually bombarded with foreign proteins. The science behind this is sketchy. But not the peptide problem, that is well documented ...

More on morphine like reactions at ANDI. You don't have to have autism to react to the peptides. It's just seem more in ASD kids b/c their guts are so messed up from bacterial and yeast overgrowth.

Maybe she is allergic to something else not tested that has inflamed her intestines so therefore she cannot fully digest her foods.

How was she tested? Do celiacs always show up with SPT positive to wheat?

Oh and re: the "licking and picking" explanation... I think that is totally ridiculous. Kids do these things b/c something is wrong. Behavioral issues always have something behind them IME and reading on these issues.
