....is what DH is pestering me to go do right now (he is so wonderful!). He thinks it will help. Do you guys think that will help? We're hoping it will relax me because I'm so uptight at the moment since the baby isn't here. I really didn't think I would feel this way. I hate waiting!!

Oh, I definitely do. In fact, I hope that you are running bath water right now! It helped me so much when I was ready to go into labor with DS.
Oh let me tell you one more thing... my midwife had advised me to take insertable evening primrose capsules, and on that first night (night before due date), I woke up in the middle of the night and realized I had forgotten to take it. In mind, I said to myself -- Oh, well -- I will go into labor eventually; I won't stress about it. LITERALLY, as soon as I thought that, my water broke! My secret is just to let go and relax. Have a great bath!

Sounds like a great idea! I am going to pour some wine and start the tub.... maybe even light a few candles. I hate the wait too, but for some reason, have come to a peaceful resignation about it today. Hormones?

Well it certinly can't hurt!!! I wish I could fit my big butt into our tub (even before I was preg the tub was uncomfortable), as a bath sounds wonderful. I do plan to have a glass of wine tonight either way. Heres hoping it gets something going for you!!

Well I took my bath (at my mom's house across the street
she has a big claw foot tub and my tub is not nearly big enough to fit my big belly in it now) and it was very relaxing. Can't say it started anything, but it was nice to relax anyway. I may have that glass of wine tonight. Wine doesn't sound very good, but a "wine spritzer" (wine and sprite
: ) does LOL.
Hope you are all having relaxing evenings (or laboring, which would be even better!)
