1) Novalee and Forney ("Where the Heart is") when she tracks him down at his college campus and confesses that she loves him

2) Christine and the Phantom ("Phantom of the Opera" - 2004 version). He has never been kissed before and his true love gives him two deep soulful kisses that overwhelm him with emotion

A movie many probably haven't seen - British Persuasian (Jane Austen movie)

It's actually probably a pretty lousy kiss (not steamy , I think just a lip-lock) -- but given the backstory and angst which leads up to it --- *swoon* is my response when I see it! :

If you're a sucker for movie kisses you have to see Cinema Paradiso. There is a scene near the end that will make you cry. It might be at the very end--I haven't seen it in years, but it is great.

Yes, I might have said the kisses in The Notebook (gosh, especially since my DH resembles him) but we just finished watching the Matrix Reloaded and when KReeves has to kiss that French woman so she "can remember what it feels like to be loved", that was a good kiss!

This is corny, but that movie "First Knight" with Richard Gere and Julia Ormond.
THere is a scene where Gere comes in and sees Ormond and they rush together and start kissing. Man, you can just feel the need and want in that kiss!
