when can I test?

Hey - I feel really dumb for asking, like I think I really should know. But, dh and I bd exactly 14 days ago, and I had a weird feeling I got pg that night. I've had sorta sore nipples, a bit of nausea and this morning I almost threw up (also lots of crampy feelings in the am and loose stool - sorry if TMI). Anyway, we are supposed to have friends over tomorrow night with beer involved. Is it too early to test? I was going to wait another week, but almost throwing up has my interest piqued.

I don't think it's too early at all. Especially if you are having symptoms. go ahead and test and then come right back and let us know.

I am convinced that when I want to be pregnant that my body/mind manufactures symptoms...we've been trying for #2 the last 3 months, and each month I was just SURE I was pregnant....tired, sore nipples, nauseous, crying, etc...only to be deflated by a "one-liner". Now I think I've come to the conclusion that PMS and pregnancy can feel pretty similar!! Argh!

Thanks guys...

Saw my friend who is almost a midwife, she crunched some #'s and told me to retest on the 20th. that is another 2 weeks!! that is if AF doesn't show. My memory of PMS is ruined by 9 years on the pill, so I know my body acts differently "au naturele". I'm still waiting for my 1st PP AF.
