What about soy- and gluten-free? Just reading the recipe for crockpot gluten loaf gave me the willies (gluten eats my insides up). We are gluten and soy free here.

This Crockpot recipe works great (we triple it in our 6qt crock pot)

Sometimes we can sneak a little braggs in without a problem, and its good, but most of the time we just go with a sage, thyme, rosemary. etc flavor scheme instead, and it comes out WONDERFUL
love The Farm cookbook....but there is lots of soy in it. makes me nervous using so much of one thing.

hoping to learn more .

Earth Balance now makes a soy-free version of their wonderful margarine. The label is burgundy as opposed to their usual orangy-yellow.

20 minutes to dinner by Bryanna Clark Grogan
she has recipes for soy free vegan mayonnaise, sour cream, soy sauce and lots of recipes that are soy free or can be adapted to be soy free. My favorite soy free meal right now is Fettuccine "alfredo" I sort of eyeball it but it's about 3/4 cup raw cashews, 1 cup pasta cooking water, 1-2 TB nutritional yeast, a pinch of salt, and 1-2 TB soy free earth balance- process until smooth and creamy and serve over your fav pasta...mmmmmmm!

Also veganrella brand cheese is soy free- it's not the greatest but on pizza with red sauce it gives a nice creamy flavor. I also read a while back about a cheese called "play food" I think- it's not available everywhere- I thin it's from the midwest- Missouri perhaps?

Subbing because I am thinking the extra soy in my diet may be causing a horrible rash I have. Going to try to eat soy free for a bit and see how it goes!

We have been making recipes from the Dr. McDougall newsletter archives for dinner every night for the past several weeks. Not all the recipes are soy-free, but many are, and many more just have trace amounts of soy, like a tablespoon of soy sauce.
