Hm...reading those threads about tea make me think that I should sometimes drink green tea in the morning, and maybe get some unsweetened cocoa powder to mix in...something.
I also feel really uncomfortable in gyms. Music is a good idea.
Breakfasts...
sweet potato, boiled or baked. w/ butter, salt, honey.
oatmeal, whatever type is your favorite... steel cut, flat, etc.
quinoa porridge
cream of anything
amaranth porridge
yogurt and fruit (ie bananas) for more calories
of course, scrambled eggs... country scrambled is quickest

No... but I never tried to meditate. I do get headaches when I think about studying sometimes, does that count?

The worst is when I go shopping at the big supermarket (1 subway stop away) and have to carry a couple heavy bags + a full backpack and climb stairs. It's such times that really make me wish I had a car.
I'm sure my butt isn't as happy as the rest of me about this one though

I hope everyone feels better soon. I reconmend TEA it made me feel tons better this morning.

I did take a couple of walks and went kayaking today, but my eating was atrocious (as always
). So tomorrow is the beginning of a new week, and hopefully I can turn things around.
