That link has so been scooped up by some circumfetishists (spelling)?

I voted and checked it out and refreshed the results a few times, and someone was adding maybe 15-20 votes a second for the "yes" group. I really doubt that many legitimate people are voting. Since you can vote more than once it looks like they have software which can exploit that. It dropped from 73% to 66% last I checked....in way too short a time to be legit.

Well I bet circumfetishists read this forum. :

Yes you can vote more than once. The pro-circ's got wind of this poll and are doing exactly that.
just looked, it's 56%no 44%yes.

I wish that we could get an honest result, not one that was swayed by activists on either side. I don't think the rates are representative of what people actually think. I mean, how many times do we read about one partner who doesn't want it done, but the other does, so they do it? Instead of interpreting that as one "yes" vote, it could be one yes and one no (probably two "no"s, because the baby would mostly likely vote that way too).

But I also know that TLC/A Baby Story ain't the place to get those results either.

Yes, they are doing exactly that - not the first time they do this.

Yes votes will be leading soon.

You can enter multiple votes by rapid fire clicking on "submit vote." But I am not computer genious so I do not know about the programs pro-cutters use.

IF TLC pinged ISP addys to allow one vote per, it would make it fair. I'd complain about the set-up & mention that fetishists (it would be nice to include some documentation so the ptb don't think we are making these maggots up- even pro-circ normal people are sickened by circumfetishists, or certainly ought to be) were skewing the vote.

The poll results never bothered me before because I knew most of them were so biased. However I just realized that if a parent is debating to circumcise or something and they go looking on those sites, they are going to think circing is the norm and possibly go with the flow.

I just voted again and the no's are down to 54%

just fyi, there is a message board at discovery. just saying.

Rapid-fire voting??? Hmmmmm. Interesting. Is that why the Yes vote went up so dramatically overnight? A very infamous pro-circ troll, JW, must be hammering away in the UK. :

This poll was posted in our Yahoo! NOCIRC forums where he lurks.
