Isn't that a little like appointing the chair of a lumber company to Secretary of Timber Resources??

Do you think it was meant for someone else? There was a thread in TAO where Wabi Sabi (?) got a DDDDC that said "I pooped twice today" but she had no idea where it came from and thought it was given to her by mistake.
